Work–life balance
At Cactus, we have a high regard for work–life balance, and our systems and processes prove it! Employees can avail of the flexi-time system and select a reporting time between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. So if you were thinking of taking that yoga and dance class that begins at 5 p.m., you can always report to work early. On the other hand, if you are not a “morning person,” a later timeslot would suit you better! This gives you the option to pursue your own interests and carry out your personal responsibilities while managing your career.
Work–from–home, part-time, and telecommuting options are also available for Cactus employees, although such offers are made judiciously.
Apart from offering employees a five–day work week, Cactus has an open leave policy. And instead of public holidays, Cactus offers 12 personal holidays: You are free to designate birthdays, anniversaries, or any other occasions as holidays. So you can celebrate the days that are most relevant to you and your family!
