Cactus Cup

Every year, often two and three times in a year, we have exciting sessions and events for all Cactizens. One of the most exhilarating events, held every year since 2007, is the Cactus Cup, a cricket tournament not for the faint hearted! Every year, teams–comprising the CEO, the managers, all employees, HR, etc.–battle it out to win the glorious golden cup and have their names etched in Cactus history for years to come.

Yacht Party

One of the events that has gone down in Cactus history is the Yacht Party. This much awaited event spelled out a night of sea, drinks, delicious munchies, and great company, amidst the roll and pitch of the yacht.

Bonenkai

Every year end, Cactus celebrates Bonenkai, a party, aptly named after the Japanese, meaning a year-end drinking party held among co-workers or friends. The purpose of the party is to forget the woes and troubles of the past year and celebrate the new!

All work and no play make Jack a dull boy! So, let’s play! To spread a little sunshine and cheer on days that are work heavy, HR organizes small games and fun activities, like treasure hunts, making paper towers, and running around the office with lemons and spoons and bits of paper!

Are you tired some days? Don’t you long for a soothing back or foot rub? Well then, Cactus has just the thing for you! HR also organizes wellness camps, conducted by professionals, who will tell you a thing or two about your diet, weight, and how to live right! Reflexology sessions are also held as a stress buster when you are feeling particularly tired.

This is not all! We at Cactus take our values very seriously, and FUN is one of them! Diwali and Christmas celebrations every year, and the occasional pizza party for work well done, all form part of life at Cactus!
