• Respond to client queries and generate quotations
• Coordinate with delivery team managers, and translators to ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor trends, analyze data and provide inputs to marketing team
• Managing assigned market’s client base, and service delivery

You will be provided with on-the-job training and you will have complete freedom to suggest process and service improvements, where required.

Job Description:

As part of HR team, you will be mainly involved in HR operations, employee relations and coordinating with foreign national employees.

• Reach out to people, through both formal and informal channels
• Identify issues faced by team-members and resolve them in consultation with supervisors
• Partner supervisors in managing performance of their teams
• Coordinate and provide support to foreign national employees

Our ideal candidate is someone who;

• Has a degree in HR, from a reputed institute
• Has worked for at least 3 years in a generalist role, with a large/medium-size company, preferably from service industry
• Is an extrovert, who can naturally connect with people
• Has prior experience in dealing with employee issues
• Is familiar with compensation and payroll processes (preferable)
• Has excellent communication and inter-personal skills

Using a standards-based approach towards development of enterprise-class web applications.

• Construct and support integrations that are easy to manage, maintain, customize, and configure
• Ensure overall reliability, security, availability, and high-performance code.

• At least 1 year of experience solving highly complex problems related to implementation and analysis of enterprise-class PHP/MySQL-based solutions.
• Proficiency with implementing e-commerce solutions using multi-vendor payment gateways such as PayPal, credit cards, bank transfers, etc.
• Experience in design and architecture of web applications using appropriate design patterns.
• Demonstrated experience with robust, object-oriented JavaScript/jQuery for AJAX application development.
• Strong analytical skills with experience mining and manipulating data from various sources (flat files, Relational Databases, XML, JSON, etc.)
• Experience with version control systems such as CVS and SVN.
• Strong communication skills.

• Experience on Drupal 5.x/6.x.
• Experience with writing test cases using tools such as PHPUnit and qUnit.
• Experience developing applications with Amazon web services (S3, EC2, etc.).
