Objective
Responsible for all the PPC platform optimization, maintenance, and lead generation.
You will be responsible for the performance of multiple websites across different languages. An indicative list of responsibilities is given below:
- Work with PPC Platforms like Google AdWords, Yahoo, and other regional platforms like Baidu (China) and Naver (Korea). You will be working across multiple markets like. Japan, China, Korea, Brazil, Germany are some of the prominent markets.
- Set-up, implement and monitor PPC campaigns. This will involve ad copy creation, testing, and optimization.
- Study Web metrics incl. traffic, submit rate, conversion rate and develop landing page strategies.
- Evaluate ROI of online marketing campaigns - Compare spending with leads received during the month and make bid/keyword revisions, as necessary to ensure strong Cost-per-acquisition.
- Optimize bids and keywords across multiple websites in line with the overall marketing goals.
- Track performance of the campaigns using online tools like Google Analytics and other research tools regularly and make necessary changes.
- Update your knowledge of industry trends and tools and share information and insights with the marketing team.
Requirements
- B.Com and post graduation (optional) from a reputed University
- Atleast 2 years of experience working with platforms like AdWords, Yahoo, Baidu in an online or e-commerce industry
- Ability to multi-task and work with deadlines
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal), and experience working on international projects with foreigners will be preferred
- Basic knowledge of SEO, HTML

Drive efficient and effective marketing and sales decision-making across the organization’s websites by analyzing client, website, and campaign data and identifying marketing trends, problems, and opportunities
Job functions and responsibilitiesIn the role of Web Research Analyst, you will be working in all the markets Cactus has a presence in, and work very closely with the Marketing Managers. You will perform market level analysis to ensure optimization of revenue and cost per acquisition. You will serve as an analytical expert by translating data to provide insights to the entire Marketing team on current and future campaigns and strategies.
- Analyze web analytics data and customer behavior data to identify opportunities for website enhancements and new internet marketing initiatives
- Conduct a cost analysis of all marketing campaigns and recommend strategies to increase ROI
- Create measurement plans for websites, campaigns and new website features designed to measure performance against business objectives
- Develop and maintain periodic MIS reports (weekly /monthly) to track trends in business, client acquisition, and website performance
- Conduct in-depth analyses of existing clients to determine Client Life Cycle, Value Per Client, Defection Rate, and other metrics in order to facilitate a deeper understanding of client issues/opportunities and enable a better organization–client connect
- Share analysis and learnings on user behavior, website conversions, campaign performance, etc., with the respective marketing manager
- Stay abreast of current trends, best practices, and tools/techniques in marketing analysis
Desired Candidate Profile
You should have;
- Minimum 1 year experience as a marketing analyst
- Proficiency in using site reporting/analytic tools—Google analytics, Web logs, etc.
- Experience with SEO strategies and best practices
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing tools, techniques and best practices
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong written & oral communication skills

Job Description:
- Formulate annual sales plans consistent with the overall goals and objectives of the business
- Drive sales, set monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition goals, and create plans to achieve them
- Develop long–term strategies for all services in China and identify opportunities to ensure exponential growth in China
- Implement marketing programs and promotions in line with marketing goals; promote and maintain relationships with key customers and partners; introduce seasonal offers and special incentives to build repeat and new business
- Track key metrics, analyze performance, present findings and share learnings; recommend modifications in service offering (price, turnaround time, value–adds); share insights and suggestions for optimizing business in China

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum five years experience as a sales and marketing manager handling domestic and/or international sales
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is mandatory
- Ability to multi–task and work with entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Good boardroom presentation and public‐speaking skills in order to drive important business meetings with senior officials in private and public sectors
- Good ability to communicate in English and interact with a global team

Desired Candidate Profile
- More than 1 year experience in online marketing, advertisement, or PR company or division
- Very good translation skills
- Excellent Japanese writing skills
- Non intern, can work more than two years
