Andheri is one of Mumbai’s major western suburbs and perhaps the most populous. In addition to a healthy mix of residential areas and offices, the suburb has a number of shopping malls (Shopper’s Stop, Citimall, Infinity, etc.), multiplexes (Fame Adlabs and Fun Republic), and restaurants to suit a variety of tastes.

Andheri is well-connected by the Western and Central Railway networks. The train journey from Churchgate to Andheri is about 45 minutes long, while that from Borivili takes about 20 minutes by fast train. From Andheri station, you could board a BEST bus (242 or 259) to Lokhandwala.
