edit South-East Asian/American/British accented transcripts with 99% accuracy
comply with transcription guidelines, standards of style and formats of practice
meet predefined productivity targets
adhere to client guidelines
mentor the transcribers in the team
Candidate Profile:
You need to have:
minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a Transcriber and 1 to 2 years as an Editor/Proofreader
good online referencing skills
good command over the English language—writing, comprehension and grammar

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including authors & KOLs
Act as document specialist and provide intellectual input across document types
Provide quality-related coaching or mentoring to team members, as appropriate
Develop and maintain necessary templates, formats and styles to ensure that documents generated meet industry, internal, and client requirements
Candidate Profile:
