It was early 2006. One of the editors based in our Mumbai office was leaving the city to join her husband in North-East India. But she still wanted to be a part of Cactus. Well then, we said, why not let her freelance from her tea estate in the North?
And that’s how it all began….

Cactus Freelancing has come a long way since then. We now have a team of over 220 researchers and professional freelance editors. The Cactus freelance community uses sophisticated software, has its own extranet, engages in live discussions with our trainers, and receives a steady flow of assignments. It is an integral part of the Cactus family.
