工作职责主要包括:

招聘:

  • ?确保在指定的时间内满足所有内部招聘要求,并且需要保持一定量的满足公司需求的候选人资源来。
  • ?通过招聘门户,在线/广告,猎头,内部推荐,社交媒体(LinkedIn,Facebook,Twitter),其他网站,团体,论坛,协会等来主动寻找候选人。
  • ?制定招聘策略,改进流程,利用品牌效应,将CACTUS定位为***雇主。

日常工作:

  • ?支持与员工工作相关的所有人力资源业务活动
  • ?理解人力资源政策和流程,并对内部应用提供支持
  • ?处理与员工有关的入职与离职相关工作,如社会保险,住房公积金等工作
  • ?数据分析,并向主管汇报人力资源市场信息
  • ?协助项目执行和安排团队建设等相关的活动
  • ?了解组织结构和企业文化,计划和开展有趣的活动来提高员工参与度

行政工作

  • ?为国内外差旅安排提供支持;
  • ?购买,保存及记录办公用品的使用情况,和其它行政支持;
  • ?提供必要的IT支持工作;
  • ?CACTUS(上海)来访者的安排行程

任职资格:

  • ?拥有人力资源专业背景
  • ?需要超过2年的人力资源相关工作经验
  • ?性格外向,与人相处自然
  • ?具有良好的交流能力和个人技能
  • ?具有良好的规划和组织能力
  • ?能熟练应用office软件

This role will be mainly responsible for:

Recruitment:

  • Ensure that all internal hiring requirements are met within the specified timeline and a healthy pool of candidates is maintained for all requirements
  • Proactively network and source candidates through job portals, online/print ads, headhunting, referrals, using social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Weibo), other websites, groups, forums, associations, etc.
  • Develop recruitment strategies, refine processes, and drive branding initiatives to position CACTUS as an employer of choice

Operations and Engagement

  • Supporting all HR operational activities pertaining to employee life cycle
  • Handle leaves, social insurance, housing fund and other such mandatory requirements
  • Provide support in understanding and application of HR policies and processes
  • Support in exit formalities
  • Analysing data and sharing trends with supervisors
  • Supporting with execution of programs and team bonding activities and events
  • Understanding pulse of the organization and suggest and plan fun activities/programs to improve engagement

Administration

  • Provide support for domestic and international travel and handle related arrangements
  • Order, maintain and track office supplies and general administration support
  • Coordinate with the IT Team based in India for IT support
