We Value
Value Cards are handed out to Cactizens who live out the CACTUS values in a noteworthy manner and in a way that has impacted the organization or team; these awards are based on nominations from others at CACTUS and are accompanied by a post on the intranet.
Ace Achievers
Cactizens who put in an exemplary performance and inspire others with their efforts or results are recognized every quarter as “Ace Achievers” and trophies are handed out in a simple but heartfelt awards ceremony.
This Month That Year
Every month, Cactizens who celebrate their “CACTUS anniversary” receive a CACTUS gift from their supervisor and are applauded through an organization-wide intranet announcement.
Excellence Awards
The Excellence Award recognizes teams that achieve a certain number of “excellence scores” from clients for exceptional service delivery.
Arigato
Arigato (“thank you”) cards are handed out by Cactizens to anyone in the organization who they wish to thank. This simple gesture is one of the most popular forms of recognition at CACTUS.
